Meet Sebastian
Sebastian brings a strong background in backend engineering combined with extensive DevOps expertise. Throughout his career, he has worked on large-scale distributed systems where reliability, security, and high availability were essential. His experience spans the entire software lifecycle—from designing new features and building resilient backend services to automating CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure with Kubernetes and Helm.
What makes Sebastian particularly excited about joining Getint is the opportunity to work in a small, agile environment where every team member has a real impact on the product. Instead of navigating unnecessary corporate processes, he values fast decision-making, close collaboration, and the ability to directly influence the direction of the platform. He's also looking forward to expanding his frontend expertise while helping build ambitious products with an exciting roadmap ahead.

Outside of work, Sebastian is first and foremost a dedicated father of two young children. Family time is his top priority, and he enjoys creating meaningful experiences while supporting his children's development.
When he's not coding or spending time with his family, Sebastian enjoys following the stock market and investing. He's also an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, sailing, snowboarding, camping, traveling, and discovering new places. Whether it's the mountains or nature in general, being outdoors is his favorite way to recharge after work.
