Wojtek brings a thoughtful, impact-driven mindset and a strong technical foundation, making him a perfect fit for our mission of building scalable, human-centered integrations.

When asked what drew him to Getint, Wojtek was clear:

“What really drew me to the company was the chance to make a real impact - being able to help shape the codebase and contribute solid, quality solutions that actually matter.”

He’s also particularly excited about taking on new challenges:

“I'm especially excited about diving into new technologies, exploring the devops side of things, and tackling the challenges that come with scaling systems.”

It’s this kind of curiosity and willingness to make a change that makes Wojtek such a natural fit to the team.

From Systems to Solutions

Wojtek’s career path has given him a unique combination of technical knowledge and real-world business insight.

“I graduated from Poznań University of Technology with a degree in Computing,” he says. “My first role was as an ERP systems consultant, which gave me a solid foundation in understanding business processes and working closely with customers.”

That experience of working directly with clients laid the groundwork for a more technical role:

“After that, I moved into a full-stack developer role at another company, where I got hands-on experience building and maintaining web applications across the stack.”

Now, he’s bringing that full-spectrum experience to Getint - along with a mindset that puts both performance and people at the center.

Life outside of code

When Wojtek isn’t coding or solving technical complexities, you’ll find him committed to sports - especially football. A dedicated fan of the English Premier League, he loves watching matches and playing football himself. He also enjoys squash and padel.

But when it’s time to unwind, he switches the tone:

“When I’m not being active, I like to relax with some video games or dive into a good movie or TV show - I'm always up for a great story.”
