Most companies use a whole bunch of different tools, and developers often receive updates from other teams regarding ongoing tasks. Support tickets pile up in Freshdesk or Zendesk. Sales opportunities and customer cases sit in Salesforce. Change requests move through ServiceNow. Product plans get sketched out in Asana or Jira. Engineering ends up as the last stop for information that started somewhere else entirely.
We've been helping teams keep those systems in sync for years. What's new is where Azure DevOps admins can now find us: our connectors have just been added to the Visual Studio Marketplace under the Azure DevOps tab, so anyone managing Azure DevOps can discover and install two-way sync strictly from inside the Microsoft ecosystem they already work in.
The list includes the tools most commonly found on the other side of the escalation process, and we’ll be adding more key connectors over time. For now, you can find:
That last one is worth calling out on its own. It's built for a situation that has nothing to do with a help desk or a CRM: companies running two separate Azure DevOps environments, usually after a merger, an acquisition, or splitting a business unit off. Instead of migrating one team wholesale into the other's instance — disruptive, and often politically messy — the two environments just stay in sync.
How the sync actually works
Setup follows the same pattern across every connector: authenticate both sides, map how item types translate between them — an Asana Task can become an Azure DevOps User Story, a Salesforce Case can become a Bug — and decide field by field, including status and comments, whether updates flow one way or both.

- Quick Build feature handles the mapping automatically for a fast setup, or you can configure it manually for more control.
- Security and deployment stay consistent too: every connector supports SaaS or self-hosted deployment, and the platform holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 27018, and GDPR compliance.
Expanding the ecosystem
However, the DevOps Marketplace is not the only and the final stop. We're a Gold Marketplace Partner on the Atlassian Marketplace, where our Jira connectors live for Jira admins and project managers.
We're also listed on the Freshworks Marketplace, giving Freshdesk teams the same discoverability for their Jira connector. So Azure DevOps admins get that treatment now too — and we'll keep showing up on the other marketplaces where the platforms we connect are searched for.
Try it
Our connectors are free to install from the Azure DevOps Marketplace, with more integrations on the way. For setup help or a walkthrough of a specific integration, visit our documentation or schedule a demo if you want to discuss your cross-team challenges.
