Kinga brings not only a wealth of experience but also a mindset that perfectly aligns with our values. From the very first conversation, it was clear that she shares our belief in a “human-first approach to customers” - a principle that runs through everything we do at Getint.

A Background Built on Precision and Curiosity

Kinga joins us with several years of experience as a Technical Content Writer in the IT sector. In that role, she built a reputation for clarity, precision, and a sharp eye for the details that make products not just functional, but truly accessible and useful to users.

"In my previous jobs, I was that person who paid attention to the smallest details when it came to describing product functionalities in an accessible way," she says.

Now, she’s bringing that same meticulous mindset - combined with a passion for growth and learning - to her new role at Getint. 

Drawn to Getint’s Values

Kinga was drawn to Getint because of our strong focus on both product excellence and customer empathy.

"The most valuable point that brought me to Getint was a human-first approach to customers that was clearly visible," she explains. “It goes hand in hand with my strong need to work toward product growth due to my always empathetic approach to people who are looking for solutions.”

In other words, it’s not about growth for its own sake - it’s about helping real people solve real problems. And that’s exactly the kind of mindset we look for in every new team member.

Life Beyond Work

Outside the office, Kinga is a person of many interests and passions. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, exploring the natural world with her camera, and diving into the mysteries of astrophysics and space.

"In my free time, I mainly practice yoga, wander through the forests with my camera or learn about astrophysics and space, but I have multiple hobbies," she shares. “Spending days off watching films and making some art stuff is also perfect for me.”

It’s this curiosity and creative energy that she also brings into her professional life, and we can’t wait to see how it shapes her contributions to our team.
