As someone who constantly seeks new challenges and values continuous improvement in software development, he was particularly excited to join a team where testing plays a strategic role, not just a supporting one.

A Decade of Experience in High-Stakes Environments
Łukasz brings over ten years of experience in IT, having worked across projects of varying complexity and scale.
“I’ve been involved in a wide range of projects - from smaller, focused initiatives to large-scale, strategically significant ones.”
One of the most defining moments in his career was participating in the P1 project for Centrum e-Zdrowia.
“That project gave me valuable insight into how critical quality assurance is in high-stakes, complex environments.”
Experiences like this shape not only technical expertise, but perspective. They teach you that QA is more than automation scripts and regression tests - it’s about understanding business impact, risk management, and system integrity.
“That experience, combined with my broad background across various project sizes and types, has shaped me into someone who understands both the technical and business dimensions of software quality.”
And that’s exactly the mindset we value at Getint.
Energy That Moves - On and Off the Trail
Outside of work, Łukasz brings the same intensity and discipline to his personal life.
“I’m an active person by nature, so I tend to spend my free time outdoors whenever I can.”
His biggest passion? Enduro mountain biking.
“There’s something about the combination of physical effort and technical challenge that I find really rewarding.”
It’s hard not to see the parallel: endurance, precision, control under pressure — all essential traits in both enduro riding and automation testing.
He also plays tennis regularly:
“It keeps me sharp both mentally and physically.”
And while he appreciates a good film or TV series when the moment calls for it, he admits:
“I’ll always prefer to stay on the move when given the choice.”
