ONEiO was built to run integrations for you as a managed service. Getint was built so your own team can connect its tools in an afternoon, and keep control of every change.
If you are deciding on ONEiO vs Getint, here is the short answer. Getint is the better fit for most Jira-centric enterprises, engineering teams, service teams and cross-company projects, because it installs from the Atlassian Marketplace in a few clicks, runs as SaaS, on-premise or natively inside Jira, publishes its prices, holds SOC 2 Type II as well as ISO 27001 and ISO 27018, and connects the work management, DevOps and CRM tools that business teams actually use. ONEiO is the stronger choice when you want to hand the entire integration lifecycle to a vendor, when you are a managed service provider connecting many customers' ITSM tools through one hub, or when your landscape includes legacy systems and ITSM platforms such as BMC Remedy, Cherwell, Ivanti, TOPdesk or Xurrent.
Both products help IT teams connect different systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Salesforce and Zendesk. Neither is a heavyweight iPaaS suite like MuleSoft or Boomi, and neither is a lightweight automation platform or a tool for wiring web apps together like Zapier or Make. For teams that run Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps and Salesforce side by side, both promise reliable data flows. Unlike most integration platforms and general iPaaS tools, both focus on deep integrations between work items rather than simple triggers. But they answer a different question. ONEiO asks: who should operate your integrations? Getint asks: how fast can your team build reliable, deep integrations itself?
This comparison covers what actually decides the purchase: the operating model, architecture, setup, mapping and custom scripting, connectors, Jira Cloud and Jira Data Center, migration, pricing models, enterprise grade security, monitoring and error handling, support, and the use cases where each tool clearly wins.
We build Getint, so read this with that in mind. Where ONEiO is stronger, we say so.
ONEiO vs Getint: the short answer
Choose Getint for self-service, Jira-centric integration and migration across ITSM, DevOps, CRM and work management tools, with flexible deployment options and published pricing. Choose ONEiO for a fully managed, cloud only integration service that takes operational ownership of multi-party ITSM integrations.
Two companies at a glance
ONEiO was founded in 2011 in Helsinki, Finland, originally as Service-Flow. It describes itself as the forerunner of the fully managed integration service and of the "Integration Ops" model. ONEiO lists work on ITSM ecosystems for Atos, CGI, CDW, Schindler and Volkswagen, and says it integrated Bayer's ITSM with Capgemini and its partner ecosystem. In 2025 it raised €8M to grow its IntegrationOps service, and in 2026 it refreshed its brand around managed integrations for enterprise IT and IT service providers.
Getint was founded in 2020 in Gdańsk, Poland. Around 6,000 companies use it, including 16 of the Fortune 500, and it runs more than 7 million integrations a day. Getint is a Platinum Atlassian Marketplace Partner, SOC 2 Type II audited, ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 certified, and on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 list.
Two companies. Two operating models. One shared goal: keeping data flows between teams accurate.

Verdict at a glance
What ONEiO includes: integration capabilities
ONEiO positions itself as a managed integration service rather than an integration platform you operate. Its own pages describe the ONEiO Integration Ops Platform as what makes its service guarantees possible.
- Hub-and-endpoint architecture: each tool connects once to ONEiO as an "endpoint", and messages are routed between endpoints, so one integration can serve multiple systems and data flows
- Routing rules: the core logic object; rules match inbound messages, apply conditions and transformations, and route them to one or more targets
- Rule Robot: introduced in 2018, it generates routing rules automatically for common endpoint pairs
- ONEAi: an AI layer, live since 2023, that ONEiO says watches integrations 24/7 and speeds up delivery
- Persistent message queuing: when a target system is down, messages wait and resend in order
- Integration Ops Center: a single place to manage, control and track every integration, with QA and production environments
- Three service tiers: Self-Managed, Co-Managed and Fully Managed
ONEiO also claims over 99.9% uptime end to end, and go-lives up to 80% faster than traditional integration projects.
What Getint offers
Getint is an enterprise grade integration platform: one platform for both continuous synchronization and data migration. You install the Getint app from the Atlassian Marketplace, sign up for Getint SaaS, or run Getint on-premise behind your firewall.
- Quick Build auto-matches work item types, fields and values
- One-way and two-way sync, with type, field, status and value mapping, including custom fields
- Comments and attachments, each with their own rules
- Hierarchies, transitions, dependencies and many-to-many project setups
- Filters on all, new or updated items, including custom JQL
- Runtime JavaScript, a shared Scripts Library and Advanced Scripting for advanced scenarios the visual interface does not cover
- Resync, retries, notifications and detailed logs for every run
- Role based access control per Jira group and per integration
- Migration by date, ID or filter, followed by ongoing sync, in the same product
ONEiO sells you a service. Getint gives you a platform, and the team behind it when you need them.
Operating model: how much control do you want?
This is the real decision, and it comes before any feature list.
ONEiO's three tiers decide who does the work:
- Self-Managed: you run integrations in-house on ONEiO's platform
- Co-Managed: you run them, with support from ONEiO's integration experts
- Fully Managed: ONEiO designs, implements, monitors 24/7, resolves issues and adapts integrations as your systems change; it acts as your integrations team
For large enterprises and managed service providers that do not want to staff integration specialists, the Fully Managed tier is a genuine advantage. You buy an outcome, not a tool.
Getint is built the other way around. Your Jira admin or integration owner keeps full control: they configure, change and monitor integrations directly, at their own pace, without opening a change request with a vendor. When you need help, the Getint team and our Atlassian partners provide onboarding, consulting hours, scripting and fully managed migrations.
The question is how much control your organization wants to keep. If integrations are part of how your teams work every day, owning the configuration is usually faster and cheaper. If integrations are a utility you never want to think about, a managed service may fit.

Architecture: ONEiO is cloud only, Getint runs where you choose
ONEiO is a SaaS hub. Data is processed in ONEiO's cloud, with data residency in the EU, UK or US, across multiple locations. To connect an on-premise tool, your network must allow traffic between that tool and ONEiO's production and test IP addresses, with valid certificates on both sides. There is no self-hosted ONEiO.
ONEiO's message model is event-driven. For Jira, you create an endpoint in ONEiO, create an integration user, and configure a Jira webhook that sends changes to ONEiO, which then calls the Jira REST API to write back. Each tool connects once, and routing rules decide where every message goes. That loose coupling is useful in enterprise environments with many vendors, because one system can change without breaking every other connection.
Getint gives you flexible deployment options. On Jira Cloud it is one Marketplace app that handles licensing and the interface, while configuration and sync logic run on Getint's platform. On Jira Data Center it runs as a native app or fully on-premise, so sensitive data never leaves your network. Nothing is installed in ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Salesforce or any other connected tool.
Setup, coding knowledge and advanced configuration
Getint is configured in a visual interface from the first minute. Connect two apps with a service account, choose projects, let Quick Build propose type, field and value mappings, adjust, save. Most teams have a working MVP the same day, with no coding knowledge required, and the Getint team helps with complex integrations. The setup is self-service, so you can deploy integrations without booking a call.
ONEiO setup depends on the tier. On Self-Managed, you create endpoints, configure webhooks in each tool, then build routing rules or let Rule Robot create them. ONEiO's tutorials walk through each endpoint type, and reviewers describe the documentation as clear. Software directories list ONEiO as an integration automation platform, and its routing rules handle workflow automation between IT service providers. On Co-Managed and Fully Managed tiers, ONEiO's team does much of this work, and its site says simple integrations go live in days while complex multi-endpoint workflows take a few weeks.
Routing rules are powerful, but they introduce their own concepts: endpoints, entity types, message conditions, priorities, drop rules, delayed routing and response rules. That is a learning curve for non technical users. Getint's mapping screens use the vocabulary of the tools you already know: projects, issue types, fields and statuses. Getint is not a drag and drop interface like a general workflow automation tool; it uses guided mapping screens that business users and project management teams can follow without technical knowledge, while technical teams add scripting only where it is needed.
Getint: install, map, sync. ONEiO: create endpoints, configure webhooks, build routing rules, or let ONEiO do it for you.
Advanced mapping, custom scripting and complex workflows
Both tools handle complex workflows and complex integrations: custom fields, comments, attachments, statuses and conditional logic.
- ONEiO handles transformation and routing in its rules engine, with conditions on message attributes and attachments, rule priorities and support for create, read, update and delete operations. One inbound message can be routed to multiple target systems at once, which suits complex scenarios such as escalating one incident to several vendors. Rules can be exported and imported as JSON between QA and production environments. On managed tiers, ONEiO's experts build custom transformations and business logic for you.
- Getint covers the common case in the visual interface, then adds custom scripting in JavaScript at runtime for the exceptions: concatenating values, converting formats, branching on conditions. You configure the common case and script the exception, without leaving the integration and without waiting for a vendor. That advanced customization matters when your organization has business processes no template anticipated.
Beyond field-level rules, Getint offers advanced mapping for hierarchies (epics, stories, sub-tasks), dependencies and many-to-many project setups, which matter most for engineering teams syncing Jira with Azure DevOps or GitLab. ONEiO's model is centered on ITSM records such as incidents, service requests, problems and changes; its Jira endpoint ships with Incident and Service Request entity types by default, and you can add others.
Connectors and supported systems
ONEiO goes wide into ITSM and service providers. Getint goes wide into engineering and business teams.

The count favors ONEiO, but the category matters more than the count. If your multiple teams plan work in ClickUp, Wrike, Notion or GitLab and need to stay aligned with Jira, Getint covers that and ONEiO does not list them. If you must integrate legacy systems like BMC Remedy or Cherwell, or a service provider's ticketing system, ONEiO covers that and Getint does not.
Jira Cloud and Jira Data Center
Getint runs as a native Jira app on Cloud, built for Atlassian Forge, and as a native app on Jira Data Center, or fully on-premise. Licensing, billing and procurement go through the Atlassian Marketplace, and the apps are Cloud Fortified and part of the Marketplace Bug Bounty program. With Atlassian phasing out Data Center, Getint can sync Data Center and Cloud during the transition, then keep integrations running on Cloud.
ONEiO connects to Jira from its cloud through webhooks and the Jira REST API. It is not sold through the Atlassian Marketplace, so it follows your standard vendor procurement rather than Marketplace billing. For Jira Data Center behind a firewall, your network team needs to open access between Jira and ONEiO's IP addresses.
Data migration and data integrity
Getint handles migration and continuous synchronization in one platform. Migrate existing data by creation or update date, by item ID or by filter, map types and fields, handle items that already exist, then switch to ongoing sync without changing tools: ServiceNow to Jira, Azure DevOps to Jira, Jira to Jira and back. Migration prices are public, from $1,500 for under 2,000 items. See the Getint Migration Guide.
ONEiO's model routes messages as changes happen, and its public materials focus on ongoing integration rather than bulk historical migration. Where ONEiO protects data integrity is in operations: persistent queues hold messages during outages and resend them in the correct order, so nothing is lost when a connected system goes down. If you need to move years of history from one tool to another, confirm the approach with ONEiO before you buy.
Pricing models: message quota vs published plans
Both vendors use subscription based pricing rather than per-seat fees, but their pricing models count different things. ONEiO uses usage based pricing built on messages; Getint uses flat plans that do not meter API calls.
ONEiO pricing
- Subscription priced by service tier: Self-Managed, Co-Managed or Fully Managed
- A base message quota that can be shared across an unlimited number of integrations
- Large or business-critical integrations can be moved to a flat-rate integration with a fixed monthly cost
- When the base quota runs out on Enterprise subscriptions, automatic top-ups are applied and priced according to your agreement; integrations keep running
- Messages are counted in both QA and production; responses, unrouted messages and dropped messages do not count
- Plan prices are not published on ONEiO's site; software directories list a starting price of €99 a month for an entry plan
This usage based pricing is predictable at steady volumes, but high data volumes or a busy migration can consume quota quickly, so model your expected message counts before signing.

Getint pricing
- Jira integrations: one Atlassian Marketplace price based on your Jira user tier, for any supported tool
- Non-Jira integrations: Team $1,800 a year, Professional (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Azure DevOps) $4,800 a year, Enterprise custom
- Migration: Basic $1,500 for under 2,000 items, Advanced $3,000 for up to 20,000 items, Large Scale custom
- Unlimited syncs, projects and fields; no message, transaction or active-item limits
- Free trials and free sandbox licences
- Payment through the Marketplace, by invoice, by card or via partners
- Real-time synchronization, premium Slack support and procurement or security calls come with higher tier plans
See Getint pricing.
ONEiO charges for messages and service. Getint charges a flat price per Jira tier or per plan, whatever your API usage, so high data volumes do not change your bill.
Enterprise grade security and data protection
Both vendors take data protection seriously, and both hold ISO 27001. For enterprise customers, ensuring secure data flows between systems is usually the first item on the security questionnaire.
For enterprise grade deployments in regulated industries, and for teams with strict governance requirements, the deciding factor is often location. If sensitive data must never leave your network, Getint On-Premise answers that directly. If a regional cloud is acceptable and your security team mainly wants an ISO-certified operator, ONEiO meets that bar. If your procurement process requires a SOC 2 Type II report from every vendor that touches production data, Getint can provide one. See Getint security and our SOC 2 Type II report.
Error handling, monitoring and full visibility
ONEiO shows the state of every message in its UI, from routing matched to queued, failed, delayed or cancelled, and its notification system alerts defined receivers about issues in the message flow. On managed tiers, ONEiO's operators and ONEAi watch integrations 24/7 and resolve many issues before you notice them. That proactive error handling is the core of its offer.
Getint gives your own team full visibility at run, flow and item level: a Jira side panel with sync status, a table of every run, clear error descriptions, retries and resync. Notifications go in-app, by email, to Slack or to webhooks. Governance controls let you grant access to specific Jira groups for specific integrations, and integrations can be organized into folders.
The difference again is ownership. ONEiO watches for you. Getint shows you everything, so you decide.
Advanced features: AI and automation
ONEiO markets ONEAi as trained on more than a decade of multi-party integration data, used to speed up delivery, reuse integration logic and catch issues before they cascade.
Beyond these additional features, Getint starts by removing configuration work. Quick Build matches types, fields and values automatically, Fin AI answers questions in the product, and AI search covers the extensive documentation. A Getint MCP server and AI Insights, which explain errors and suggest fixes, are on the roadmap.
Support and customers
ONEiO's support is built into its tiers, and reviewers consistently praise the team's responsiveness. On Capterra, ONEiO averages 4.5 out of 5 from 31 reviews, with customer support rated 4.7. Its references include Trumpf, DNV and service providers such as Datto (Autotask) and MiBizData.
Getint's SLA promises a response within 24 hours, and premium support adds direct access to engineers on Slack. The Getint team builds features, scripts and whole connectors for enterprise customers, and runs migrations alongside the largest Atlassian partners. Getint publishes more than 50 case studies, including Airbus, Lufthansa and Deloitte, with reviews across the Atlassian Marketplace, G2 and Capterra. Getint's documentation is public at docs.getint.io.
Use cases: complex scenarios and which integration tool fits
Jira, ServiceNow and Azure DevOps
The most common pairings for Getint. Its Jira ServiceNow and Jira Azure DevOps apps sync work items, custom fields, hierarchies, comments, attachments and dependencies two ways. Airbus and Deloitte run Jira with ServiceNow; Lufthansa runs Jira Data Center with Azure DevOps. ONEiO supports all three tools too, and is strongest when the flow is incident-centric. For Jira Azure DevOps work in particular, Getint integrations keep complex workflows intact on both sides.
Managed service providers and multi-vendor ITSM
When an MSP or outsourcer must connect dozens of customers' and suppliers' ITSM tools, ONEiO's hub, tenant model and pre-built service provider endpoints are a real fit. Each new customer connects once, and existing routing logic is reused. Getint integrations support cross-company work too, with each party working in its own tool, but it is not built as a multi-tenant hub for hundreds of customers.
Engineering teams and business teams
When multiple teams in product, marketing and delivery plan in monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Wrike or Notion, and developers work in Jira, GitHub or GitLab, Getint keeps priorities and tasks aligned across business systems, without forcing anyone to switch tools, so business users and project management leads see the same status as developers. ONEiO does not list most of these tools. The same applies to engineering-heavy Jira Azure DevOps setups with epics, features and dependencies, where Getint offers hierarchy sync out of the box.
Organizations without integration specialists
If you have no internal technical expertise or technical knowledge for custom integrations and want a vendor to own uptime, change and incident response, ONEiO's Fully Managed tier is designed for exactly that.
Regulated, on-premise environments
When strict governance requirements mean data must stay inside your network, as is common in regulated industries such as banking, energy and healthcare, Getint On-Premise and the Jira Data Center app keep the whole integration behind your firewall. ONEiO has no self-hosted version.
