ZigiOps was built to connect IT operations: monitoring, ITSM and DevOps. Getint was built to connect the work of every team, starting in Jira.

If you are deciding on ZigiOps vs Getint, here is the short answer. Getint is the better fit for most Jira-centric enterprises, service teams and cross-company projects, because it installs from the Atlassian Marketplace in a few clicks, runs as SaaS, on-premise or inside Jira, holds SOC 2 Type II as well as ISO 27001 and ISO 27018, and connects the work management, CRM and service desk tools that business teams actually use. ZigiOps is the stronger choice when your integration program is built around monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, OpsBridge or SolarWinds, or legacy ITSM platforms such as BMC Remedy, Cherwell and TOPdesk, and when a stateless engine that never stores your data is a hard requirement.

Both products sit in the same part of the market. They are not heavyweight iPaaS suites like MuleSoft or Boomi, and they are not lightweight automation tools like Zapier or Make. Each is an integration platform purpose built for connecting teams through deep, continuous, bi directional integrations between systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps and Salesforce, plus data migration between them.

This comparison covers what actually decides the purchase: architecture, integration setup, field mapping and logic, supported platforms, Jira Cloud and Jira Data Center, migration, pricing models, security, AI, support and the use cases where each integration tool clearly wins.

We build Getint, so read this with that in mind. Where ZigiOps is stronger, we say so.

ZigiOps vs Getint: the short answer

Choose Getint for Jira-centric integration and migration across ITSM, DevOps, CRM and work management tools, with published pricing and fast, self-service setup. Choose ZigiOps for IT operations pipelines that start in monitoring tools and legacy ITSM, priced per workflow and run stateless.

Two companies at a glance

ZigiWave, the company behind ZigiOps, is headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria. It positions ZigiOps as a no-code integration platform for IT teams, MSPs and SaaS vendors, with case studies from customers such as COCC, Delta Dental, Singtel, TELUS and Metrolinx. Its documentation lists 60+ supported systems across ITSM, DevOps, observability, cloud, CRM and automation. ZigiWave also sells ZigiOps as an OEM and white-label product to software vendors.

Getint was founded in 2020 in Gdańsk, Poland. Around 6,000 companies use it, including 16 of the Fortune 500, and it runs more than 7 million integrations a day. Getint is a Platinum Atlassian Marketplace Partner, SOC 2 Type II audited, ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 certified, and on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 list.

Two companies. Two starting points. One system at the center of most buying decisions: Jira.

What the ZigiOps integration platform includes

ZigiOps is a standalone integration platform you run on your own Windows or Linux server, or as ZigiOps Cloud hosted by ZigiWave. It communicates with each connected tool through its public API.

  • Pollers and listeners: pollers check source systems for changes on a schedule; listeners receive events through webhooks, so a new alert can create a ticket in the target system
  • No-code mapping layer: field mapping, conditional logic, transformations, expressions, lookups, comments and attachments, all configured in the UI
  • Prebuilt workflow templates for common pairs such as ServiceNow and Jira, Salesforce and Jira, Azure DevOps and Jira, or Datadog and ServiceNow
  • High availability mode, retry and conflict handling, detailed logs and a dashboard for integration health
  • MCP support that exposes live data from connected systems to AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude
  • Enterprise data migration, sold as an add-on, with staged cutovers and reconciliation reports

What Getint includes

Getint is one platform for both continuous synchronization and data migration. You install the Getint app from the Atlassian Marketplace, sign up for Getint SaaS, or run Getint on-premise behind your firewall.

  • Quick Build auto-matches work item types, fields and values
  • One-way and two-way sync, with type, field, status and value mapping, including custom fields
  • Comments and attachments, each with their own rules
  • Hierarchies, transitions, dependencies and many-to-many project setups
  • Filters on all, new or updated items, including custom JQL
  • Runtime JavaScript, a shared Scripts Library and Advanced Scripting for the exceptions the UI does not cover
  • Resync, retries, notifications and detailed logs for every run, so users can see what each sync did to their tasks and projects
  • Migration by date, ID or filter, followed by ongoing sync, in the same product

Architecture: a server you run, or a platform you connect

Both tools run every integration from one central place, outside your end systems. The difference is who carries the infrastructure, and where the data lives.

ZigiOps on premise deployment is a Java application. Before your first sync you provision a Windows Server or Linux machine (2 to 4 cores, 4 to 8 GB of RAM), install Java 17 yourself, because it is not bundled, then install ZigiOps and own its upgrades. On-premise deployment is an add-on on the 1- and 2-workflow plans. ZigiOps Cloud removes the server: ZigiWave handles installation, hosting, updates and availability.

Getint is installed once, on the Jira side. On Jira Cloud it is one Marketplace app that handles licensing and the interface, while configuration and sync logic run on Getint's platform. Nothing is installed in ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Salesforce or any other connected tool. On Jira Data Center, Getint runs as a native app or fully on-premise.

Encrypted logs, configurable retention

Stateless, no records stored

ZigiOps' stateless model is a genuine strength. Because records are transformed in memory and never persisted, there is no ZigiOps database of sensitive data to locate for data residency reviews. Getint answers the same concern differently: on-premise behind your firewall, log encryption and configurable retention on SaaS, and audited controls under SOC 2 Type II.

Integration setup: how easy is it to get started?

Getint is configured visually from the first minute. Connect two apps with a service account, choose projects, let Quick Build propose type, field and value mappings, adjust, save. The setup process is self-service, and most teams have a working MVP the same day without coding. When the UI is not enough, scripting adds conditional logic and transformations inside the same configuration.

ZigiOps is also configured in a user friendly, flexible UI. You add systems, load one of the prebuilt workflow templates, and tune it with filters, conditions and expressions, without coding. ZigiWave includes implementation and a free proof of concept in every plan, so a ZigiWave engineer often helps with the first integration. Reviewers on G2 and Capterra consistently praise this human support.

The difference is the path. Getint is built so a Jira admin can go from the Marketplace to a running sync alone, in a few clicks. ZigiOps is built around a guided, vendor-assisted start.

Getint: install, map, sync. ZigiOps: book, scope a proof of concept, then map and sync.

Field mapping, logic and complex workflows

This is where the two products are closest. Both handle the depth that complex workflows demand: custom fields, comments, attachments, statuses, hierarchies and complex data dependencies between records.

  • ZigiOps handles complex data dependencies entirely in the UI, with conditional field mapping, lookups, expressions and correlation logic. Its documentation states that no scripting is required, and none is offered. For large organizations that ban custom scripts, that is an advantage. When a rule cannot be expressed in the UI, you depend on ZigiWave's resources to add the feature.
  • Getint covers the common case in the UI, which enables most teams to finish without code, then adds JavaScript at runtime for the exceptions: concatenating values, converting formats, branching on conditions. You configure the common case and script the exception, without leaving the integration. That ability matters when your organization has business rules no template anticipated.

Both sync current state in both directions. Neither replays the full revision history of an item during continuous sync.

Supported platforms and connectors

ZigiOps goes wide into IT operations. Getint goes wide into the business.

The count favors ZigiOps, but the category matters more than the count. If you are connecting monitoring alerts to ServiceNow incidents, ZigiOps covers that and Getint does not. If your product, marketing and delivery teams plan in monday.com, Asana or ClickUp and need to stay aligned with Jira, Getint covers that and ZigiOps does not list them.

Jira Cloud and Jira Data Center

Both tools support Jira Cloud and Jira Data Center. The way they do it differs.

Getint runs as a native Jira app on Cloud, built for Atlassian Forge, and as a native app on Jira Data Center, or fully on-premise. Licensing, billing and procurement go through the Atlassian Marketplace, and the apps are Cloud Fortified and part of the Marketplace Bug Bounty program. With Atlassian phasing out Data Center, Getint can sync Data Center and Cloud during the transition, then keep integrations running on Cloud.

ZigiOps connects to Jira from its own platform through the Jira REST API. ZigiWave publishes several Marketplace listings, but they are paid via vendor rather than through Atlassian, and the listings state that they are not part of the Marketplace Bug Bounty program. For procurement teams that standardize on Marketplace billing, that is a practical difference.

Data migration

Both vendors treat migration as a core capability, and both say you can migrate existing data and then keep systems in sync.

ZigiOps sells migration as an add-on to its plans. ZigiWave describes staged cutovers, normalization and deduplication, and reconciliation reports, and says comments, attachments, hierarchies and status history move with the records.

Getint handles migration and continuous synchronization in one platform. Migrate by creation or update date, by item ID or by filter, map types and fields, handle items that already exist, then switch to ongoing sync without switching tools: ServiceNow to Jira, Azure DevOps to Jira, Jira to Jira and back. Migration is priced by use case and data volume, with public prices from $1,500 for under 2,000 items. About half of Getint's case studies are migration stories. For complex migrations, the Getint team and our Atlassian partners can run the whole project. See the Getint Migration Guide.

Pricing models: per workflow vs per Jira tier

Both vendors have moved away from per-ticket and per-transaction pricing, so cost stays predictable as volume grows. The unit is different.

ZigiOps pricing

  • 1 workflow: €500 a month, billed yearly (€6,000 a year)
  • 2 workflows: €667 a month, billed yearly (about €8,000 a year)
  • Unlimited workflows or a full integration pair: custom quote, with on-premise, SLA and 10 support hours included
  • Every plan includes email support, a free proof of concept, cloud hosting and implementation
  • On-premise deployment, SLA, extra support hours and migration are add-ons on the smaller plans
  • Unlimited users and no limits on synced records

ZigiOps defines a workflow as all the actions between two entities in connected systems. For example, syncing data between Jira issues and ServiceNow incidents is one workflow. Adding problems and change requests makes three, which moves you past the published plans to a quote.

Getint pricing

  • Jira integrations: one Atlassian Marketplace price based on your Jira user tier, for any supported tool, with every entity type included
  • Non-Jira integrations: Team $1,800 a year, Professional (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Azure DevOps) $4,800 a year, Enterprise custom
  • Migration: Basic $1,500 for under 2,000 items, Advanced $3,000 for up to 20,000 items, Large Scale custom
  • Unlimited syncs, projects and fields; no active-item or transaction limits
  • Free trials, free sandbox licences, and payment through the Marketplace, by invoice, by card or via partners

See Getint pricing.

ZigiOps charges per workflow. Getint charges per Jira tier or per plan. If you sync many entity types between the same two tools, Getint usually costs less.

Monitoring, logs and full transparency in one system

ZigiOps offers a dashboard with active operations, processed records and integration health, execution logs and troubleshooting tools that let you download HTTP data in and out. Its audit logging records what ran, when and which fields were touched, without exposing record contents.

Getint gives full transparency at run, flow and item level: a Jira side panel with sync status, a table of every run, clear error descriptions, retries and resync. Notifications go in-app, by email, to Slack or to webhooks. Access can be granted to specific Jira groups for specific integrations, and integrations can be organized into folders.

Performance and near real time sync

  • ZigiOps: pollers run on a schedule you set, and listeners pick up webhook events as they arrive, so many flows run in near real time
  • Getint Cloud: integrations run every 3 minutes by default; for most teams that delay is invisible
  • Getint On-Premise and Enterprise: multi-threading runs integrations in parallel at intervals you set, and Enterprise plans offer real-time sync

For alert-to-incident flows where seconds matter, ZigiOps' listener model has an edge. For work item sync between teams, both are fast enough.

AI, automation and manual work

ZigiOps markets MCP support that lets AI assistants query live records in connected systems, and ZigiWave has published demos with ChatGPT and Claude.

Getint starts by removing manual work from configuration. Quick Build matches types, fields and values automatically, Fin AI answers questions in the product, and AI search covers the documentation. A Getint MCP server and AI Insights, which explain errors and suggest fixes, are on the roadmap.

Support, partners and customers

ZigiWave includes implementation and email support in every plan, and its reviewers rate support highly. Its public review base is small: 19 reviews on G2 and 10 on Capterra, both averaging 4.8 out of 5. A few Capterra reviewers mention stability and log structure as weaknesses.

Getint's SLA promises a response within 24 hours, and premium support adds direct access to engineers on Slack. The Getint team builds features, scripts and whole connectors for customers, and runs migrations alongside the largest Atlassian partners. Getint publishes more than 50 case studies, including Airbus, Lufthansa and Deloitte, with reviews across the Atlassian Marketplace, G2 and Capterra.

Use cases: which integration tool fits your business goals

Jira and ServiceNow

The most common pairing for both vendors. Getint offers a dedicated Jira ServiceNow app on the Marketplace, used by Airbus and Deloitte. ZigiOps' ServiceNow and Jira template is its flagship. Choose Getint for Marketplace billing and every entity type in one price. Choose ZigiOps if ServiceNow is also receiving monitoring alerts through the same platform.

Jira and Azure DevOps

Getint's Jira Azure DevOps app syncs work items, custom fields, hierarchies, comments, attachments and dependencies two ways, and Lufthansa runs it between Jira Data Center and Azure DevOps. ZigiOps supports the same pair with a template.

Monitoring to incident

When an alert in Dynatrace, Datadog, SolarWinds or OpsBridge must open a ticket in ServiceNow or Jira and close it when resolved, ZigiOps is the right choice. Getint does not connect monitoring tools, so its bi directional integrations stop at the ticket layer.

Work management, CRM and cross-company projects

When teams on different platforms (monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Wrike, Notion or HubSpot) need priorities and tasks aligned with Jira, Getint keeps every connected tool in sync, so each team can create and update work in its own tool, in a few clicks. Getint can also be shared across company boundaries, so vendors and clients each work in their own tool. ZigiOps does not list most of these work management tools.

MSPs and SaaS vendors

ZigiOps offers reusable templates per client and OEM and white-label licensing to embed integrations in your own product. Getint supports MSPs and partners through its partner program and on-premise deployments.

Where ZigiOps is stronger

ZigiOps has real advantages, and some teams should choose it.

  • Your integrations start in monitoring, observability or cloud infrastructure tools
  • You run BMC Remedy, Cherwell, TOPdesk, Ivanti or another ITSM tool Getint does not support
  • Your security policy requires a stateless engine that stores no records at all
  • You want vendor-led implementation and a free proof of concept included in the price
  • You need OEM or white-label integration inside your own software

The verdict

ZigiOps is a capable, IT operations integration platform with an unusually broad monitoring catalog. Getint is a modern enterprise integration and migration platform built around Jira.

Choose Getint if you want:

  • A working integration in days, set up by your own team
  • Jira integrated with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, Zendesk or monday.com from one governed setup
  • A native Jira app on Cloud or Data Center, billed through the Atlassian Marketplace
  • Integration solutions for work management and CRM tools ZigiOps does not list
  • Pricing that does not multiply with each entity type you add
  • SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 27018, Cloud Fortified and Bug Bounty
  • Scripting for the exceptions the UI cannot cover

Choose ZigiOps if you want:

  • Monitoring and observability tools connected to ITSM and DevOps
  • Legacy ITSM platforms Getint does not support
  • A stateless engine that never stores records
  • Vendor-assisted implementation included in every plan

For IT operations pipelines that start with an alert, ZigiOps wins.

For what decides most Jira-centric integration programs (speed, native Jira deployment, connectors for business teams, certifications and predictable pricing as you scale), Getint wins.
